Food allergies are on the rise … and now there is good news for those of you who feel like you have a food allergy or sensitivity but just can't figure out what it is exactly that triggers your symptoms. ALCAT Laboratories just launched a product called the 20 Food Fingerstick Reflex Test.

The test is an at-home kit that you return to the company and within 10 business days they send back a report of your results, indicating every type of food that caused a reaction and the degree of your sensitivity.

This test retails for $99, a bargain as compared to a trip to the doctors ... but remember – an allergy doctor exam is more comprehensive and they test for more sensitivities. This test scans for apples, barley, beef, broccoli, cane sugar, carrot, corn, cow's milk, garlic, gluten, lemon, orange, peanut, pork, rice, soybean, sweet potato, tomato, tuna and turkey.

In addition to the 20 Food Fingerstick Test, ALCAT, for a fee of course, can also test for more than 150 additional foods, environmental chemicals, molds, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, food additives, and food colorings.
