New At-Home Test Screens for 20 Food Allergies

ALCAT Laboratories, a division of Cell Science Systems, has just added a 20 Food Fingerstick Reflex Test at-home kit to its extensive line of sensitivity tests. This reliable food intolerance test is a convenient, affordable way to check for typical food allergies. The test panel scans for apples, barley, beef, broccoli, cane sugar, carrot, corn, cow’s milk, garlic, gluten, lemon, orange, peanut, pork, rice, soybean, sweet potato, tomato, tuna and turkey.

With this and other worldwide innovations “Taking an active role in your own healthcare has never been easier,” says Lee Rolnick, ALCAT’s director of sales and marketing. The kit includes all that’s needed for easy at-home testing including a pre-paid Federal Express Clinical Pack with user-friendly instructions.

The company’s nutritional testing laboratory, now approaching 20 years of service, also offers sensitivity tests for more than 150 foods, food additives, food colorings, environmental chemicals, molds, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications. Writer Alicia Potee, who reviewed feedback on the Food Fingerstick kit from Health Sciences Institute members for that organization’s October 2006 newsletter, characterized reported results as “stellar.”

Kit cost is $99 plus shipping . Laboratory results are returned within 10 business days. All tests can be ordered by calling 1-800-872-5228 or visiting alcat.com. For more information call or email info@alcat.com. Corporate headquarters are in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
